1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns if the item you receive is not damaged or broken.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

2. Proof of Condition Before Dispatch

  • Every item is carefully checked and inspected before shipping.

  • We provide image proof of the product condition prior to dispatch to ensure transparency.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Customized, perishable, or clearance items cannot be returned unless faulty.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost may be deducted (unless the return is due to our error).

5. Exchanges

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will gladly exchange it for the same item (subject to availability).
