These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Brodbay website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance by email once payment is processed; a contract is formed at that point. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. stock unavailability, pricing errors), in which case you'll receive a full refund.

3. Pricing and payment

We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct but errors can occur; if we discover a pricing error after you've ordered, we will contact you before proceeding. Payment is taken at checkout via our payment provider.

4. Delivery

See our Shipping and Delivery Policy for timeframes and costs. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you generally have 14 days from receipt of goods to cancel your order for a full refund, provided items are unused and in original condition. See our Return Policy for full details.

6. Faulty or misdescribed goods

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty or misdescribed goods.

7. Product information

We aim to describe products as accurately as possible; colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
